India Tour in December 2011

In December 2011 the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra will visit India for the third time.

The Orchestra’s repeated performances are the result of continuous collaborations with event hosts in India who time and again welcome and support their concerts in the subcontinent. This year, performances will be held in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. As an innovation within the Orchestra´s tour programme.

An Indian Fusion

These concerts will also showcase musicians of Mumbai´s Symphony Orchestra of India. Another new feature of the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra’s Indian tour will be a joint concert with the Shillong Chamber Choir which will be performed in Chennai. All these innovations symbolise the deep and creative friendship between India and Germany.
